The Hifn Express DS 255 and DS 250 are low-cost, production optimized, security packet processor cards designed to meet the high performance security requirements of OEMs and system integrators.

Based on the Hifn 8155 security processor, the cards deliver multi-gigabit performance for IPsec or SSL packet processing in half-height and full-height form factors.

The Express DS 255 and DS 250 cards use the high performance PCI-Express and PCI-X system bus, respectively, for packet processing of 400K packets per second.
